My Friend

You walk on this road
like you know where it goes
when you reach that place
no one is there and it blows

You meet a new guy
and you are sure he is the ONE
but after few moments of fun
he starts to make a run

then you start isolating yourself
thinking it will take your pain away
but all it does is take you
far away from your way

So all i ask you is to stand up
and put a smile on your face
'cause
the pain you felt will take
you to a much better place
