The World We Live In

It is filling up with pollution, drinking water is getting lesser
people are throwing things out that, now, do not fit in their dresser
now, it is the place where you come to repent for your sin
and this is the world where we live in

it was once with glory of colors like blue and green
on it, for their need, every species could lean
now it has only the shades of black and grey
and every day in life, for each, is a new fray
we have changed this marble to a dust bin
just look at the world where we live in

once we filled this world with hope and joy
children once found content in the smallest of toys
but now its me before everything else
and there are gunshots where should be school bells
people, they, do not care if they lose as long as no one wins
and this is the world where we live in

Time, it was when women were considered pious and pure
but, of all that has happened, of their future
i am unsure
we are trying to tame the wildest of all
while we are out breaking all the moral walls
all that is left of the past is our forefathers’ kin
and this is the world we will have to living in

the people who had power and control in the past
they dedicated it to the good so that their name would last
but now power has new meaning, and this meaning is money
they live for this money and they kill for this money
the poor sleeps on ice while rich buy new Lenin
and this is the world we live in and
you will be living in

When tyranny grew wild in the past we brought revolution
our ancestors were the part of the human evolution
i hope you learn from them and make us proud
go save this world from wild power and
remember to be loud
i want you to save this world from being a metal tin
and bring the harmony to it as it was before
when real humans used to live in

I am God

some say i do not listen
some say i am odd
i am who i am, i am your god

i sit on my ass in heaven
and watch the world
from the eye of a raven
when i am in the mood
i help someone in need
but most of the times
i ignore your good deeds

i made the world
i made you all
because i was bored
i wanted to see someone fall
you pick yourself up
by saying my name
but the most fun is
to see you fall again

some of you are smart
they do what they desire
they just jump ahead of you
and let you burn in fire
well, i did wanted a world
full of chaos and hate
you gave me what i wanted
when you started believing
in fate

i love those people who
do things in the name of me
but the people i love the most
are who close their eyes
when others do what they please
acoording to my assistant
the eye shutters are increasing
by day
and its hard work for me to
dig the pits in their way

today is my day off after a long time
finally got rid off a few million
who just wouldnt stop with their whine
tomorrow i have to do something
to get your hopes up high
may be i will make the sun shine
so you would stop bothering me
with your whys.......

We share because we feel the need
To be a part of what we see
But we do always don't remember
Not every door can be opened by
The usual key
We feel that people bring a sense of comfort
When its the loneliness that kills
But people are the reasons that
You take your pills
Solitude kills less but wounds too many
But what society does to each folk
The scars can be seen on all
They all just look uncanny
To be self occupied is good
But it takes to much of your time
It makes you not to care
It makes you cross so many lines
Though connecting with people
Always slows you down
But there will be people
Who will for you
Will cover any ground
Each one has their own
Choices
About their way of life
But one thing is for sure
Everyone carry with them
Their sharpest of knife
Because once they choose
That time there is no wrong or right
And in between their war
They themselves are their own enemy
