An Average Man

Nothing to show for
My story is of a single page
Nothing have i completed 
My life has been average

I talked a big game
But lacked a game plan
Ridiculed by my ignorance
I am an average man

An oblivious smiling fool
With no rigor or rage
This world doesn't want
People who are average

I wish i could be
What you say i should be
In eyes of others, a reflection
Of an average person i see

Truth of World

This beautifully cruel world
has so much to teach
things to lie about
and the trust you can breach

Whom not to love
and whom not to ignore
To be always cautious
even when you are sure

True hearts cannot survive
this world is of corrupt
The hatred will wipe out all
as soon as it errupts

You cannot be
What you really are
To talk about feelings
is an unwinnable war

You can try numbness
but that is frowned upon
The more wretched the ruler
the bigger is the crown

The one you will love
will not love you back
Born an unwanted child
I can see your soul crack

You are in an evil world
my innocent dumb friend
They will kill you once
the maximum you have bent

You are dumb and innocent
you will not be able to survive
Be evil, be heartless
Only then you will feel alive
