I Try

I just cannot cry
No matter how much i try
I tried when
I had my heart broken
By not saying
What should i have spoken
But not a tear came out
When my dreams got shattered
My mind was not able to interpret
Of What just happened
Then I tried hurting people
Even that didn't work
I just carried on my work
With a devious smirk
I went my way
Not giving a damn about anyone else
People tried making me cry
With all their spells
Even that didn't work
It just made me more cold
It just increased the number
Of grudges i could hold
Everyday i pray to god
To mAke me a good man
So that one day i could
Love someone all i can
Because All i want from me
Is just to shed a tear
Whether it comes from a feeling
Or when right across my heart
Goes a spear
